Which looks better as makeup to cover severe red patches and Rosacea?

It's not really about amount, so much as the type of products you use. If you use a red-reducing primer/BB creme, that would help a LOT and you'd see that piles of foundation aren't the solution. I don't recommend using concealer over the red spots because that can clog pores there as well as draw attention to those areas if the red comes through, but I WOULD use foundation. If you have dry skin, use liquid foundation. If you have oily skin, use a powder.
