I breastfed for 15 months after having my son, but still got my period 4 weeks pp.

It depends on if you breastfed or not. It can take up to 6 months after you stop breastfeeding to get af again. It can be sooner I got mine 4 weeks after I stopped pumping. If you aren't breastfeeding it can return 6-12 weeks after delivery.
