I'm 11 and had my first period about a month ago and today I'm supposed to be pmsing but I feel sick and don't want to eat at all. Earlier today I got diarrhea. Is this normal before expecting a period?

I get diarrhea during my period, its normal for some people. You've only had one so it will be a while before it becomes regular and you start to learn whats normal for your body and whats not 😉

That sounds pretty normal to me. Sometimes it will be different, but after a while you will be more familiar with your body and know what usually happens and what might be more uncommon. Everyone is different!

They can be. Diarrhea and sickness can be PMS symptoms. I'll usually get diarrhea the first couple days of my cycle, and I know a lot of people get sick too. Especially if it's only your second period your body might still be adjusting to having a cycle and the changes that come with it. Keep track of what's going on with your body and let your doctor know if something seems unusual or if the symptoms get more severe.
