My life is a little confusing. Maybe I can get some advice.

My ex and I broke up a couple weeks ago, and 2 weeks ago a guy came and asked for my number and I gave it to him. He is so sweet and genuinely seems like a nice guy. We see each other at gym (that's where we met) almost everyday and the conversation holds well.

I know it's a bit soon after my previous relationship (I was completely over him when it ended)... So I'm not sure if i should pursue him. I've also been inlove with someone for years already but I've ruined everything between us long ago. My love for him is still there and I don't think it will ever go away ... Is pursuing this new guy a bad idea or will it be good for me?

Also, any red flags I could watch out for or tips \ advice?
