help rise in BBT?

Hello, I am still new but have been tracking my BBT for this will be my second cycle. I have not ovulated yet and AF is not due until march 24. My Question is my normal temp is always in the mid 97s but this morning I was 98.13 anyone know what a sudden temp rise before O or AF mean?
