My boyfriend filed for his tax refund. He's 17 and he did it through his Mom on hr block. Well apparently she claimed our 6 month old daughter and knew she owed money to people and the IRS took our money and I was wondering if we could report her to tax fraud ? Also think she stole her social security card as well.
