My cramps aren't normal, no amount of Tylenol, ibuprofen or anything will take the pain away, I'm on the floor crying in pain for hours on end. The only thing that takes the pain away even the slightest bit are perks. Any advice ladies? Don't wanna depend on opiates just to get myself to feel better :(
