CD 14 and 16 I threw up could I be pregnant already and ovulated earlier than what the app told me?

On CD 14 and 16 I threw up nothing. Woke up feeling sick and eventually threw up. On the CD 14 it was the worst dry heaving I have ever had. Worst then getting the flu this year. I even had the little dots all over my face and neck from dry heaving so hard. Could this be a sign of early pregnancy and I ovulated earlier than what the app is telling me?
