If you previously had a positive test I would definitely say yes. I can't imagine passing that much tissue and having a viable
Pregnancy. I'm so sorry.

It's not "fetal tissue" as that is grey. But if you had a positive test and then passed that much clotted blood the likelihood you're still pregnant is very small. If you hadn't gotten a positive test, it's probably just your period.
