I have a confession. I was addicted to porn for 6 years and not a single person knew it. I know many woman feel there is nothing wrong with porn but I have always had a love/hate relationship with it.

I felt guilty everytime I watched it. I felt dirty, degrading and ultimately I was losing interest in the "real" thing.

It's been almost 4 months since I've watched porn and I feel amazing. I feel empowered when I can actually say no to watching it (my mind still wants it).
