What were your first symptoms?

With ep. Mine was very serious cramping. One sided.

Very intense pain! My ectopic pregnancy was ruptured and I had a lot of bleeding internally so it was especially painful and serious. But it started with cramping in abdomen.

I was doing yoga and felt a strange twinge in my right side in certain positions. I started bleeding 5 days later and a week after that came the crippling pain. Lost my right tube.

I had bright red spotting 3 days after ovulation and off and on pains on my right side until I was almost 6 weeks and then the tube ruptured and it went to intense pain. It was so bad I could hardly sit and ended up having over a liter of blood in my abdomen.

I tested and was a BFP, couple days later the pain stared on my right side. No bleeding just cramps. Dr took blood test to see if the levels went up. They did. Them pain was so bad it was waking me up at night. Next day i couldnt even sit in my chair at work. Went to drs, did an internal ultrasound. Almost flipped off the table it hurt so bad ! I was rushed to the hospital since my tube exploded and i was filled with over 1000cc of blood! Lost the tube on my right. No bleeding prior at all.

Brown spotting started at 5 weeks, then terrible one sided cramps, with my leg and toes numb on the same side, went to the hospital and had emergency surgery the same night.  Had my surgery 2/17/15, then had to get a methotrexate shot 3/4/15 because left over tissue into tube was trying to grow back after the surgery.  just got Hcg blood level back yesterday 1.02 Finally!! Now I have to wait three months to allow everything to heal, and to to let the methotrexate shot get out of my system.. We will be ttc in July again.

AF type bleeding when it was due(Nov 1st). Slightly different, thinner and brighter blood. No other usual AF symptoms. After a week of bleeding I figured something was different. I felt different and had unbearably painful boobs. Did hpt on day 8 and got instant BFP. Did about 20 more over the next week... all BFP and getting stronger/darker lines. 
Ectopic was discovered 16 days after first BFP. I was 7 weeks 3 days.

I still continued to spotting but the pain would skip a day n come bak! I went to the doc n she told me that it was gas n I needed to walk n stop drinking carbonated drinks! ( I only had some 7up with salt in it cuz I was having Indigestion n nausea!) she didn't even bother to do any ultrasound or anything! I'm a very tolerant person wen it comes to pain but this I couldn't take! A week went by n I was still spotting! Having minor pain not like the other painful episodes like before... But tolerant able! I was even willing to drive 2 hours to the airport to go drop off family! But my husband told me not to go if I was feeling uncomfortable! So I didn't go!!! The whole family left ! It was only my daughter n I at the house. N I thought if give her a bath n shower my self too! Went to the bathroom n found my self soaked m drenched n blood! Still managed to shower my daughter and  my self! Then layed  down n called my husband n went to the eR
