Voices From Chernobyl: An Oral History of a Nuclear Disaster (December 1st, 2015)
Here's something that may interest non-fiction readers out there!
This book is by this year's Nobel prize in literature winner, Svetlana Alexievich.
She interviewed roughly 500 people who had witnessed and been affected by the disaster--firefighters, farmers, politicians, physicians and more. It's not an easy read (emotionally), but very interesting. I'm hoping someone will join me reading this as I've just started and would love to discuss with someone once done.
