White particles in urine cause for concern?

Hi guys!

I've noticed just today that I have a few white particles floating in my urine. I drink a ton of water a day (64 fl oz) so I'm not dehydrated. Anyone else have this from time to to time? Also, I do not feel like I have a UTI.

It can just be built up discharge so next time you pee , pee half out then do the rest in a cup and see if it's still got the floaty bits in , if it has then best to rule out protein see your doctor or midwife and ask them to check just incase x
