Deciding when to go through with ivf

We have been ttc for five years. We're have saved money and were planning on starting ivf in October, but wouldn't you know it, we got pregnant on our own in August.. A few weeks after knowing we were pregnant, I started having pain on my right side. It was an ectopic pregnancy. I had my right Fallopian tube removed. Since the physical and emotional pain has passed, we would like to try again. But now with only one fallopian Tube, it decreases our chances by half. I want to go the ivf route because the chances of us getting pregnant are so low anyway, I don't know if we will actually conceive again. My husband wants to try naturally now since we conceived once but i just want to go through ivf. I'm not getting any younger.....how do I approach this softly?
