Pain after urinating

I just went to pee like 10 minutes ago and now I have I have sharp pains in my lower abdomen area. I didn't have any problems while peeing like burning or discomfort just after with the pain. It hurts to even stand up. Has this happened to any of you ladies? Any advice or tips?

Also I don't have my doctors phone number to call
