Am I still in my period?

Please don't laugh or make rude comments. Lol. I never asked my OBGYN about this because I'm very embarrassed. I always wonder, when you're in your period, and then after the 4th or 5th day when I wipe (from peeing) I see brown. Am I spotting or still in my period?

I always wonder because when asked how long my cycle is I don't know if to count those days when I see brown.

Any helpful tips or knowledge about this is helpful. I tried looking up online but I just get more confused than I am.

I always counted any kind of color as a day of my period whether it was in the beginning or at the end. Hope this helps ☺️

Don't worry.. I have questioned it to. But I decided I won't quit tracking my period until the day that I wipe and NOTHING is there.

That's actually a really good question! I've often wondered. I just count it. Until I'm allll the way done and there's nothing there is when I count as being done.

I usually only count it if it's red or as heavy as my period. Other than that it's just weaning and that varies time to time for me

it's just exess old blood that didn't fully come out. See a obgyn if your worried.
