Would you convert your religion to you SO's religion???

Why or why not?

"It's my SO's religion" it's not a good reason to convert for me.

I wouldn't date someone outside of my religion to begin with. It's just my personal conviction.

I don't jump off cliffs or bridges just because someone else does it first. I would need a lot of proof and evidence that it was worth it. 
The same concept goes for choosing a religion. I wouldn't choose a religion to make my husband happy, my spirituality comes first. 
Currently my hubby and I are both the same religion, however if he were to change to a different one I would not follow him. That's his choice. I love being a bible student, a worshipper of the only true God Jehovah and knowing I am part of the only true religion on earth that reads and applies what the bible says.

Well since I'm Christian I don't have a problem switching denominations. Very unpopular opinion: I believe the family should worship together and a strong male lead family so I'd convert. Also, it is impossible for me to date some who is not Christain.

No, you can be different religions and still have a perfectly normal healthy relationship. I'm Wiccan and my SO is Athiest. It works perfectly.

I don't believe in converting for love, and that's why I have issues in my love life. To become a rabbi, I must marry Jewish, which, technically, isn't too difficult. My rabbi's husband converted from Catholicism, and that's all good. I, however, don't believe that one should convert for love and instead, one should convert for themselves. My aunt converted from Catholicism when she married my uncle (yes, I know, Jews and Catholics), and one winter, she hung stockings on the fireplace! She clearly converted because of her love for my uncle and there children, not because of her love for Judaism. Honestly, I don't care why my aunt or my rabbi's husband or anyone else converts, although I'll never ask someone to abandon their faith in order to marry me because I'd never do the same for them. I'd love to hear someone else's opinion too!

I'm happy with being a Pagan. My boyfriends family is Christian, but seeing as I was practically forced out of it by homophobic people and that it never felt natural/right to me, I would never convert. He and his family completely respect my decision.

I wouldn't convert away from Christianity, but if my SO was fervently not-Catholic, I would CONTEMPLATE converting.

My SO is Jewish and I have that heritage, I'd want to raise our children that way :)
