Please read, need advice

My mum got me a job housekeeping at her work and I absolutely hate it, were way to understaffed and I still haven't been taught what to do so everything I do is wrong.

I've worked there for three days and I want to quit, but my mum doesn't want me to and my dad will be mad that I do. What do I do? I'm really not happy there :(
