So this is really weird to talk about with my mom or my doctor I'm just not comfortable talking about it.. but I've noticed whenever I masturbate I get VERY severe abdominal cramping/spasms. My mom had to hold a cold wash cloth on my head while holding it up when I was on the toilet cause I passed out from the severe pain. The pain also makes me severely nauseous and sweaty, but I don't feel hot it's like I have the chills. These spasms last for maybe 10 min at a time until I have diarrhea, then it calms down until it happens again throughout the hours. I'm wondering if this could be caused by an infection bc I noticed a weird smelling odor but didn't think much of it and I had more discharge than usual. If anyone has anything they might know lmk cause it would be helpful thanks
