So, about 2 weeks ago I decided to try veganism. It only lasted about a week because I live in a meat loving family... but anyway, I was suppose to get my period 10 days ago. While I am sexually active, I am safe. Plus, I have been stressed with work and school. So does veganism have anything to do with this? Have any of you ladies ever missed a period because you are vegan??
