My husband and I have been eating vegan since this past Christmas. Everything was going great the first 3 and a half weeks we both felt awesome and I love cooking vegan. All was well. Then I started having severe stomach pain 30-40 minutes after eating. I have an appointment With my dr on Monday. I was just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues? Do any of you take digestive enzymes or know anything about them?
