I've noticed that there are a lot of women on here who have had one or more miscarriages and my heart truly goes out to you ALL ❤️

I'm just curious if there are any of you who find it extremely easy to conceive and/or have never had a miscarriage? This will be my 4th pregnancy all of which I have conceived the following 1st or 2nd cycle after stopping birth control. There was a time a couple years ago where I went in for an ultrasound to check to see if my IUD was still in place because the strings weren't noticeable and the technician had told me that I was extremely fertile. Does anyone know how she could tell? Would this possibly increase my chances of twins? I'm 35, my grandmother was a fraternal twin and my mother had two twin miscarriages... I know I'm probably just wishful thinking as far as twins go. Any input would be appreciated 😬
