I went on birth control to get hopefully more regular periods but instead got more heartbroken and disappointed then ever imagined.

If you do anything Depo would be my first choice, I did get overly tired and had a lot of sick days but I would choose it over Nexplanon in a heart beat.

Nexplanon Worst decision I've ever made... first apparently I was pregnant before getting the stupid stick injected into my arm! And the doctor (who I didn't know was against babies) DIDN'T TELL ME and instead kept it a secret, which resulted to miscarriage! THEN she put it in wrong which brought so much discomfort, so they "fixed" it and after that it made me so sick that me, a 21 y/o (at the time) WHO NEVER GOT SICK ended up bedridden! I didn't even have enough strength to go to the bathroom! I started to bleed with the birth control! I unfortunately found out I then had another miscarriage (because of Nexplanon) I bled horrifically, during and after my second miscarriage! Then after I was able to get Nexplanon removed I bled! I bled for months and months before it all finally stopped! Obviously everyone is different, this is just MY experience but please be careful! It took 2 angels from me and caused me a lot of physical, mental, and emotional pain. They tell you the "pros" but leave you informed on what can and does actually happen!
