How much does antibiotics lessen the effectiveness of BC?

I'm on a lot of antibiotics and am wondering how great is the effects lessened on BC pills? I've had unprotected sex 3 times where he came inside and was wondering if getting pregnant is a big risk. I heard it was but want to know how true it is?

Depends on the type of antibiotics you're on. There are certain ones that do not affect birth control but the majority of them do. And the dose you'd be taking to treat an infection or even prevent one is enough to affect your pill. So since you've had unprotected sex it is very likely that you could get pregnant.
