conceiving first cycle after miscarriage?

Has anyone gotten pregnant the cycle after miscarrying? I miscarried at 6 weeks on 2/12. Noticed EWCM today, and did BD earlier. My doctor gave me a perscription for progesterone to take when I get a positive upt. I have insulin resistance , so I think my hormone problem kept my last pregnancy from sticking.

I miscarried at 7 weeks on December 6th. I got my period January 6th. Ironically tested on February 6th and found out that I was pregnant again. Currently 7w1d. Keeping positive thoughts!

We did. We are now one day short of 29 weeks with a very healthy and active baby girl

We did! 3 weeks after our miscarriage we had another positive hpt. We are now 13 weeks with our rainbow!

I miscarried at 6wks on 2/2 and tested neg at the ER same day. I had a ton of EWCM about 14 days later and today, CD 26, I got a vfl!

I miscarried with twins at almost 11 weeks on 2/11. Waiting for blood work results to find out if the positive pregnancy test was a result of leftover hormones or if it's a new pregnancy. We didn't wait until after my 1st period like doctor recommended.
