Ok, my ex husband is a felon, is always in trouble with the law and commits domestic violence offenses against his gf's but the charges are always dropped. We currently have joint custody. Due to him leaving our two girls with random strangers while he worked, not caring for them properly, letting them get bed bug bites for over a year, and not even having beds for them I filed for full custody. Well, since then he has fixed all the issues I put in the custody papers so he basically made it look like I was lying. I do not feel that the judge is going to give me custody. To make things worse... After court began my husband and I found out we are expecting (which is amazing). Well, my husband is a college football coach and he needs to be able to move around to further his career. I can not move if my ex and I continue to have joint custody. My husband says if he finds a better job and has to move and I can't go then he wants to take the baby with him. He said it wouldn't be fair that he couldn't live with his child because of my ex husband. I mean what in the world am I supposed to do!?!?
