I know they say typically you bleed for 6 weeks after pregnancy. But is that for everyone or how long did you ladies bleed for ?

I had a 9 lbs 1 oz baby and I bled for NINE weeks. It was miserable but my doctor said that was fairly normal for bigger babies. So jealous of people who only bled for a week or two 😫

Bright red bleeding about 4, brown blood/spotting about week 6 or 7.

I bled solidly for at least 4-5 weeks, I didn't stop having spotting/discharge until 8-9 weeks 😩

I think it's just 6 weeks for healing and no sex. I only bleed for about 2 with both my kids. I think it's different for everyone.

Solid for about 2-3 weeks then spotting for an additional 4 or so.
