Are there any parents out there that have children with allergies?

My 1yr old Daughter is allergic to eggs, dairy and tree nuts. How are y'all coping? My husband and I are very frustrated with our families. Whenever we visit, they have the foods that she's allergic to and give them to the other kids and demand that we keep our daughter away from them. I know we cannot dictate what they eat at their homes, but why bring that out now? Seriously, can they not wait till we leave to eat cheese puffs?. And that's what we do, we leave. It's frustrating to be honest. I'm just looking for people with experiences like us.
