Doctor always available for questions/consultations, personable, and realistic about expectations. Very thorough directions about process and next steps.

Dr. Greenhouse provided us with detailed information every step of the way allowing us to make educated medical decisions. I prefer communication via email because I'm not available by phone at all times. Dr. Greenhouse always returned my emails in a reasonable time and even called on weekends with updates regarding our embryos and cycle progression.

Dr Greenhouse was very easily accessible via phone and email. He was very thorough with his communication. My only complaint would be that he didn't really seem to make a connection with me, as his personality seemed dry and disconnected at times.

Dr Greenhouse is incredible! He is extremely knowledgeable and stays up to date on current and new studies. I had a pretty difficult case and he worked really hard to get us pregnant. He is also very active on email which I appreciate a lot. I always received answers from him same day.
