He is a little dry but he's knowledgeable which was more important and had a great personality once you just realized he had a dry sense of humor.

He has kind of an interesting bedside manner. I would describe him as pretty on emotional, but at the same time he is very caring. He is very straightforward and tells it like it is. He is very available, always answering emails very quickly.
