Out of all the prenatals I tried, these were the only ones that didn't make me feel sick. I love that they're made from raw, unsynthesized ingredients and have the natural folate. We researched considerably and are pleased with how well these were rated.

Been taking these for years. Definitely prefer an all natural whole-food supplement such as these! I take 1 capsule in the am and pm. They are cheapest online.

I have been taking these vitamins for about 2 years and I love them. My whole life I've had a hard time swallowing pills and these are small prenatals that I can easily take. I love that they are raw, vegan and non gmo. It makes me feel good to know that I'm taking good natural vitamins instead of a lot of the other kinds out there that you don't get the same quality or benefits. I buy these at the VitaminShoppe.com and always use a coupon to save money.

Love them! Best thing is you can take it without food. My only problem is that I can't remember to take them 3x a day :(

Highly recommend. it's raw food based so easier for your body to absorb unlike the synthetic vitamins.

I have been taking these since I before I got pregnant with my first throughout breastfeeding then trying to conceive again and now pregnant with my second. Definitely worth the cost and I attribute my healthy pregnancy in part to them.

The only con is how many you have to take per day. Otherwise love them!
