He keeps sueing me!

We were together one year, before we even had kids.. “we” moved across the county, his dad even drove us! When I was pregnant. He went back to Colorado to get the rest of our things.. then heard nothing.

Nothing. Not even I break up, just dropped me up of in a new pace and left us.

It’s fine, I moved on. Single ever since , raised the kids with the struggle and embarrassment of the state help.

(Not child care though, state was out of funds I paid to word basically but knew it helped because the experience and hours) I got my dental assistant degree.. I was so lucky because my community. It was g family… but neighbors.. I couldnt have done it out then

Years go by…he gets married to a doctor (I actually really like her and I’m thankful she’s there, she’s very nice and good to my babies)

Nothing comes of sueing me. I mean he’s never been in state even though I requested he’d be in an agreement for lower child support (I was dumb)… the court on their own ordered double the child support.

He has since sues me twice.

He refuses to help with anything, doesn’t pay child suppers.. but he’s not a dead beat, he makes a lot of money, his wife too

He just hates it coming to me I think? I do t even know.

It’s just insane.

I’m 32 in dept with old lawyer fees and feel like there has to be something to stoop this. It’s obvious it’s not about the kids.

His lady threat was over the kids attendance.. it’s like gas lighting now, both my pods have received awards for attendance plus honor roll every semester AND my daughter received the presidential award… they’ve never been in trouble

I don’t get why he does this. He doesn’t have a leg to stand on, lol the kids are outstanding and he hasn’t been here in 12 years

I really think he jury doesn’t want to pay child support and wants to be mean to me.

I don’t want this. I have tried to co parent but it’s always a flip flop and I end up mind screwed because he’s accusing me or the kids of something, like saying we were pretending to go to the doctor on a school day (I have all the doc. Notes, he still accuses the kids and I both we made it up, it’s crazy!)

He now has the kids during summer and one holiday school the country.. I am limited days odd and they’re both in ortho.. that I pay for!!

He won’t even give me the insurance info that he has for them, why???

I need he’ll making him stop but I can’t pay another lawyer. My ex hasn’t helped, he’s drowned us.

It’s crazy because 12 years ago,he basically didn’t exist. I didn’t go after him.

I hate that I’m not hard enough. I’m mad at myself for excepting so little..

And not I try so hard to be better because the mentally and better Ed’s of the kids.

It’s easier to be nose.. but he’s eating me and the kids alive.

He’ll never win custody but he’s draining AA y means we have for a good life. Thennn he’ll take them.

How can the court not see this!? How can I stop it.
